A seafood tonkotsu ramen in Tokyo station's ramen street
Like any other ramen shop at the ramen street, you need to queue to get into Ikaruga. Their thick tonkotsu soup clings to every strand of their springy thin noodles giving you a burst of flavour in every bite. Their standard, egg, chashu and bamboo shoot topping might not be the most exciting, but did not disappoint.
